I have problems with the simultaneous usage of a dongle on the same parallel port as the Universal Access Device. Why ?

The usage of a dongle and the Universal Access Device at the same time on the same parallel port is not possible, because in some cases the simultaneous usage of the dongle disturbs the communication to the Universal Access Device.

We strongly recommend either to use dongles on the second parallel port or to communicate with the Universal Access Device via the IEEE1394-OHCI (Firewire®) interface (supported in Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP).
